I want to text cha cha, but i have t mobile?

are there any "search engines" i guess, that you can text for free and they respond with an answer like cha cha, like you can ask it anything, because i have t mobile and cha cha does not coincide with t mobile anymore. the big thing is that its free and i can text it. thank you.
