Can removing oil from skin create wrinkles?

I know it isn't recommended due to oil remaining on the skin and the possibility of scarring, but I just want to know if removing oil from your skin, whether in whitehead or blackhead form, can create wrinkles down the line. I'm pretty sure stretching of the skin does but I'm not sure if that would coincide with oil removal. A reply from a dermatologist or someone who knows much more would be greatly appreciated.
