How do I wear a white, knee length strapless dress to a winter wonderland themed party?

The party is on June 2nd( next week). I am sixteen years old, I am going to attend my friend's Sweet 16 next week, but I have a bit of a problem. The dress I bought is white, which coincides with the dress code that was established. It is strapless, knee length, and I think it fits me perfectly, but i am a bit worried about the top part of my body. I have somewhat broad shoulders, and would i be showing too much skin? The party is winter wonderland themed, so is there any way to disguise my broad shoulders without concealing the dress? the dress code for the party is bright blue, silver, and white. Help!
